1st Line Support Analyst
to join our well-established Managed Service Provider (MSP) team based in Gloucester. Enjoy hybrid working with just 2 days a week in the office and excellent training opportunities to take your career to the next level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1st line support to clients, diagnosing and resolving technical issues via phone, email, or remote tools.
- Escalate complex issues to 2nd and 3rd line teams when necessary.
- Assist with monitoring systems and resolving any alerts or warnings.
- Document issues, solutions, and troubleshooting steps in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Skills:
- Previous experience in a 1st line support role, ideally within an MSP or similar environment.
- Good understanding of Windows operating systems, Office 365, and basic networking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to assist clients of all technical levels.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
