Security Service/Reactive Engineer
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 (dependent on experience)

Job Overview
As a Security Service Engineer, you'll be responsible for maintaining and providing reactive support for Intruder Alarms, CCTV, and Access Control systems for customers in London and Greater London.
Key Skills and Experience
- Experience with intruder alarms (both conventional and wireless)
- Knowledge of access control and door entry systems
- Familiarity with fire alarms and maintenance of emergency lighting
- Expertise in IP and analogue CCTV systems, with basic networking skills
- Understanding of Dual Com monitoring systems
- Awareness of various communication devices and major panel brands
- Ability to work with app-based systems
- Familiar with NSI codes of practice and current industry standards
About You
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in multi-disciplinary services, including fire, access control, and intruder alarms. A solid work history and technical expertise are essential, along with excellent communication skills, self-motivation, and time-management abilities. The role requires flexibility to work across Kent and occasionally in South or West London. A full UK driving license is mandatory.

Working Hours and Additional Information
- Standard hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
- On-call duty: 1 in 9 weeks (with additional compensation)
- This role involves working at heights and can be physically demanding
- Travel to various sites across the designated area is required
- NSSA security screening is a prerequisite
