Are you a Leisure Travel Customer Service & Admin Specialist who has a proven track record in helping clients and delivering outstanding travel experiences?

If so I have a great opportunity for you to be the go-to person for a fantastic Stevenage based Travel business for all post-booking inquiries, and managing everything from payments to schedule adjustments with precision and care. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys providing top-notch service.

You must have experience of working within a similar role within the Travel Sector in order to apply for this great Hybrid job opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service Excellence: Be the friendly first point of contact for all post-booking inquiries and issues.
  • Booking Management: Accurately handle booking entries and amendments.
  • Change Management: Manage booking modifications and cancellations smoothly.
  • Payment Processing: Ensure secure and accurate processing of customer payments.
  • Schedule Coordination: Proactively manage and communicate schedule changes.
  • Ticketing and Documentation: Issue and manage travel documents promptly and accurately.
  • GDS Proficiency: Use Global Distribution System to manage bookings efficiently.
  • Administrative Support: Keep our operations running smoothly with a variety of admin tasks.

Experience and Skills:

  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service, sales, or admin within the travel industry is essential.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with computer systems; GDS experience is a plus.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, attention to detail, enthusiastic, customer-oriented, and well-organised.
