Your main duty will be to support the Sales team, with the full order cycle from quotation through to product dispatch.
Hybrid available after training period with hours of 9am - 5pm (flexibility is possible)

Your responsibilities:
- intake of customer enquiries
- prepare and issue quotations
- review Purchase Orders vs Quotations, check dispatch details and resolve any discrepancies
- update system with relevant information for delivery
- obtain forecasts from customers
- monitor customer satisfaction levels
- obtain market/competitor intelligence
- liaise with freight companies, production staff and sales colleagues to gather and present information
You will need:
- experience in Sales Administration
- strong customer service and administration skills
- experience in working in a company selling engineering products (desirable)
- if you can speak Germans, French or Italian then this is an added bonus!
