Description
- Schedule, coordinate, and manage meetings, appointments, and events.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and supporting documents.
- Provide assistance in preparing presentations and other materials.
- Serve as the main point of contact for both internal and external communications.
- Arrange both domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Prepare detailed itineraries and ensure all necessary travel documents are in order.
- Handle last-minute travel changes and cancellations with efficiency.
- Raise purchase orders for the SLT
- Process and track expense reports to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Reconcile credit card statements and manage reimbursements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all expenses.
- Demonstrate a strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks and processes.Provide comprehensive administrative support to the department.
- Arrange and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
- Manage diaries, appointments and travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed.
- Handle internal and external correspondence professionally and promptly.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Assist in the coordination of department events and projects.
- Ensure efficient operation of office equipment and order supplies when necessary.
Profile
- A degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
