Description

  • Schedule, coordinate, and manage meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and supporting documents.
  • Provide assistance in preparing presentations and other materials.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for both internal and external communications.
  • Arrange both domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Prepare detailed itineraries and ensure all necessary travel documents are in order.
  • Handle last-minute travel changes and cancellations with efficiency.
  • Raise purchase orders for the SLT
  • Process and track expense reports to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Reconcile credit card statements and manage reimbursements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all expenses.
  • Demonstrate a strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks and processes.Provide comprehensive administrative support to the department.
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
  • Manage diaries, appointments and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare reports and presentations as needed.
  • Handle internal and external correspondence professionally and promptly.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Assist in the coordination of department events and projects.
  • Ensure efficient operation of office equipment and order supplies when necessary.

Profile

  • A degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Job Offer
