Role Overview:
You'll work closely with the Marketing Manager to deliver campaigns, support product launches, and create engaging content across digital and print platforms. From coordinating events and exhibitions to managing promotional materials and liaising with external agencies, you'll be involved in every stage of the marketing process.
You'll also support the sales team with tailored marketing materials, help organise exhibitions and trade shows and contribute to the development of visual assets including CGI and photography. Your insights into market trends and customer behaviour will help shape future strategies, and your ability to manage multiple projects will be essential in this fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver marketing campaigns that support sales and brand visibility
- Coordinate product launches and promotional activity
- Create and manage content across digital, print, and social channels
- Analyse campaign performance and market trends to inform strategy
- Support event planning, exhibitions, and trade shows
- Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints
- Collaborate with design teams to produce high-quality visual assets
- Assist in the creation of CGI and photography briefs
- Manage relationships with external agencies and suppliers
- Provide marketing support to the sales team and distribution partners
- Monitor competitor activity and identify opportunities for differentiation
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years' experience in a similar full mix marketing role
- Must have a B2C background, ideally consumer products/retail sector preferred
- Experience of offline marketing is key
- Social media experience across all channels
- Strong copy writing skills
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Familiarity with CRM, email marketing, and basic design tools
- A creative thinker with a commercial mindset and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities
