This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales, developing new client relationships and nurturing them into long-term profitable partnerships through effective business development and account management.
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will also be responsible for building a robust candidate pipeline.
Day-to-day responsibilities:
- Actively source and qualify candidates to meet client needs.
- Manage client expectations and maintain strong market relationships.
- Work towards improving recruitment efficiency and processes.
- Ensure all candidates comply with eligibility to work in the UK.
- Balance business development with account management to grow your client base.

- A full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle.
