Location: Maidstone, Kent (potential to WFH up to 1-2 days per week once training and development has been completed after a couple of months.)

Join our high performing team in Maidstone as a Recruitment Consultant, specialising in temporary recruitment within the business support sector across Kent.

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales, developing new client relationships and nurturing them into long-term profitable partnerships through effective business development and account management.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will also be responsible for building a robust candidate pipeline.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Actively source and qualify candidates to meet client needs.
  • Manage client expectations and maintain strong market relationships.
  • Work towards improving recruitment efficiency and processes.
  • Ensure all candidates comply with eligibility to work in the UK.
  • Balance business development with account management to grow your client base.

  • A full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle.
