In Technology Group are supporting one of our MSP clients recruit for an experienced 2nd line engineer.
As a 2nd line support engineer,you will be responsible for providing L2 solutions for their clients, acting as a senior point of contact for resolutions from the service desk.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for 2nd line support, both in person and remotely
- Oversee the provision of support to multiple clients across various sectors.
- Resolve hardware, software and network issues
- Ensure that SLAs are being met in an efficient and timely manner
Person Specification:
- Strong understanding around the M365 stack
- Good understanding of Networks
- Strong experience with Active Directory
- Strong understanding of Windows Servers
- Previous experience working for a Managed Service Provider would be beneficial
This role will be fully onsite.
