Hourly rate: £11.44 to £12
Shift Times: 3pm to 8pm
Contracted hours: full time and part time available
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of residents' rooms and communal areas, ensuring high standards of hygiene at all times.
- Perform daily cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Change bed linens, launder towels, and ensure laundry is managed efficiently.
- Assist in keeping the care home's environment welcoming, safe, and pleasant for residents and visitors.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management team.
- Work closely with care staff to ensure residents' comfort and well-being.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous housekeeping experience, ideally in a care home or similar setting, is preferred but not essential.
- A caring attitude and commitment to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Good communication skills and a team player mentality.
- Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work flexibly.
