Senior Digital Marketing Executive

Our client is a well-established, innovative Global Ed-Tech brand. This exciting company is providing personalised, intelligent medical revision resources and have been helping students and junior doctors pass their medical exams for decades. They're a digital-first, innovative, data-driven, cutting-edge tech brand and this is an opportunity to work for something that makes a difference, helping medical professionals (doctors, nurses, midwives, etc.) and the NHS. The role will be supporting the Head of Digital Marketing and working with external agencies for various marketing channels. In-house you will be working predominantly on creating leads through CRM Campaigns, SEO, Paid Social & Organic Social. The role will be making sure all digital marketing campaigns are created and executed at a high standard and align with the brand image.

Responsibilities

  • Regularly update and maintain the company website to ensure content is current, accurate and engaging.
  • Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) Monitor and analyse website performance using tools like Google Analytics etc.
  • Create and Optimise website content for search engines (SEO) to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to promote products, services, and events as well as designing email templates, write compelling copy, and segment email lists for targeted campaigns.
  • Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including organic and paid social media, PPC and display advertising such as YouTube.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on acquisition and conversion channels.
  • Proven experience with email marketing platforms
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
  • Proficiency in campaign management and digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
