Senior Practice Accountant

A leading accounting firm, is looking for a Senior Practice Accountant to provide exceptional financial services to our diverse clientele. This role is ideal for a candidate with a strong background in accounting practices, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese to effectively liaise with our clients from Hong Kong.
Day to Day of the role:
- Oversee and manage accounting operations, including financial reporting and budgeting.
- Prepare and review financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Offer strategic financial advice and support to clients, aiding them in achieving their business objectives.
- Engage with clients from Hong Kong, catering to their specific needs with bespoke solutions.
- Conduct client meetings to discuss financial performance, address concerns, and provide recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and high client satisfaction.
- Remain informed on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to uphold excellent service standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification is preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in accounting with a focus on practice accounting(ideally with UK experience).
- Proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese is essential.
- Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
