About the Role:
As a supply teacher with Randstad Education, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of schools across Watford and the surrounding areas. This role is perfect for teachers who are looking for flexibility and the chance to gain experience in different educational settings. You will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, maintaining classroom discipline, and ensuring the continuation of learning in the absence of the regular class teacher.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering high-quality lessons across various subjects and key stages.
- Adapting to different school environments and following lesson plans provided by the school.
- Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a positive learning environment.
- Building positive relationships with students and staff.
- Being punctual, reliable, and professional at all times.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 days availability per week.
- Enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in different schools.
