About the Role:
Starting Point Recruitment is seeking an experienced Project Manager for our client in the London area. This role involves overseeing the entire project life cycle from initiation to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure of projects.
- Develop and implement detailed project plans and work breakdown structures.
- Manage day-to-day project tasks efficiently.
- Lead project meetings with clients, suppliers, and third parties.
- Provide regular project updates to both internal teams and clients.
- Negotiate to resolve project risks and issues effectively.
- Manage project scope and ensure adherence to change control processes.
- Produce and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Ensure reliable resourcing and be hands-on when necessary to ensure client satisfaction.
- Conduct full handover to clients upon project completion.
Required Knowledge & Experience:
- In-depth knowledge of project management principles and methodologies.
- Extensive experience managing the full project life cycle.
- Relevant qualifications (FIA/NSI/LPCB/C&G, etc.).
- Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with immediate project teams and other departments.
- Strong presentational skills, capable of conveying complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven experience managing multiple simultaneous activities and leading project teams.
- Previous experience with systems such as CCTV and Access Control.
