Position: Teaching Assistant
Location: Bristol
Pay Rate: £85-90 per day

As a Teaching Assistant, you'll support lesson planning, assist students 1:1 or in small groups, and collaborate with teachers and SEN specialists to create a positive learning environment. This role allows you to help students, especially those with special needs, build confidence and independence.

Responsibilities include:
- Providing timely and relevant assistance in the classroom.
- Creating an engaging and positive environment.
- Look after children's physical, social and emotional welfare.
- Adapt teaching support according to student's needs.
- Watch, record and report the progress that students make.
- Safeguarding the children, engaging them in activities.
Requirements are:
- Must be residing in the UK
- Have eligibility to work
- Child DBS should be on update service
- Able to provide professional references
- Should have at least 6 months of TA experience
- Having a car and driving to the workplace is desired
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
