Role: Sales Manager
Location: St Ives, Cambridgeshire
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm
Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum depending on your experience
Benefits: 23 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays - rising to 25 days after 1 year of service, company enrolled pension scheme, regular performance appraisals and continual formal training and development, annual pay reviews, company events, free onsite parking.

Your role will play a key part in this organisation, and you will be responsible for developing sales/ business in a wide range of industries with maximum focus in the Semiconductor sector. You will also be manging your own team which includes two sales representatives.

Duties will include:
- Managing and growing existing customer accounts
- Developing sales/ business in a wide range of industries
- Responsible for receiving inquiries and supplying customers with quotations
- Arranging client meetings on site, over the phone and via video calls
- Attending client sites - all over the UK
- Attending exhibitions
- Working on various projects
- Managing a team of two
Skills and Experience Required:
- Experience in the welding and semiconductor industry would be a huge advantage
- Engineering background
- Full clean UK Driving License
- Willing to travel all over the UK
- Technically minded
- Have previously worked in the Semiconductor, Pharma, Medical, Fuel Cell or Oil & Gas sectors
