Senior IFA Administrator

£27,000 - £30,000 - plus benefits - this role will by mainly remote with occassional travel to the office.

Senior IFA Administrator required by a highly successful professional practice based in Elgin. Due to continued growth, they now require an experienced Administrator to provide support to the financial planners.

You will work across the full range of Pensions, Investments and Protection and be responsible for
supporting the advisers writing suitability reports, handling annual reviews, and conducting IFA administration duties to support the delivery of first-class holistic financial planning.

The successful applicant will be required to provide some technical support such as report writing, annual reviews and IFA admin work within agreed business objectives.

To be considered for this opportunity, candidates need to have:

  • IFA Administration experience
  • Some technical experience around basic suitability report writing and review work
  • Professional communication manner, both written and verbally
  • Progress towards professional qualifications would be an advantage
