Our client is looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor with 2+ years experience (post qualification) to join their Cannock office.
Duties include:
- Buying and selling of commercial premises
- Commercial leases and licences
- Option agreements, overage agreements, and pre-emption agreements
- Planning applications
- Property finance
- Business Development and Marketing of the team and company.
It is essential you are confident in working independently as you will be the sole member of the Commercial Property Team within the Cannock Office.
