Your new role
An Organisation based in Northallerton is looking to recruit an Engagement Officer on a full-time temporary basis. You will be responsible for organising, planning and the management of events within the customer insight team.The Engagement Officer will be responsible for the delivery of events relating to the customer groups and community action days, being the point of contact and representative of the organisation. Liaising and meeting with customers at customer focus groups, and at community events, working closely with external partners. Administration relating to the events and working with customer feedback and surveys.
What you'll need to succeed
- The ability to proactively manage a complex caseload.
- Strong communication skills with previous experience of working with customers in a demanding environment.
- Evidence of achieving performance targets.
- Previous experience of organising and hosting large events.
- Strong communication ICT and administration skills to support admin tasks around the delivery of events.
- The ability to drive is essential.
- Be available to be in the office 5 days per week.
