An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Transformation Manager to lead strategic change and programme management within a dynamic organisation. The role involves driving operational efficiency, cost reduction, and process optimisation, with oversight of technology integration and change management.
Key Responsibilities:

Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in business transformation within food manufacturing or a similar sector
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and analytical abilities
