Relationship and Liasion Manager

We are looking for a Liaison Manager to play a critical role in managing and enhancing relationships with key stakeholders, including transplant centres, Collection Centres, medical professionals, and internal teams. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic and proactive individual who can effectively communicate our mission, identify opportunities for collaboration, and help ensure every patient has access to a suitable donor.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Establish and maintain contact with transplant clinics, registries, and search units, including identifying decision-makers and key personnel.
  • Develop concepts to improve processes and enhance quality based on acquired knowledge.
  • Support transplant clinics with family typing for international family donors and organisation of stem cell donations.
  • Advise international patients and create, coordinate, and dispatch newsletters and announcements to partners.
  • Prepare and conduct clinic visits, assess the needs of respective partners, and build relationships with key contacts.
  • Independently research information on collection centres and maintain contacts.
  • Update contact details of collection centres in the database.
  • Support in drafting contracts with collection centres to ensure requirements are complete and processes are up-to-date and of high quality.
  • Prepare and accompany audits of collection centres.
  • Create evaluations, compare developments, and make them available internally.
  • Share experiences and information with internal specialist departments and colleagues.
  • Ensure that processes for supporting collection centres are adhered to internally.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., healthcare, life sciences) or equivalent experience.
  • More than 3 years' experience in stakeholder management, healthcare coordination, or a related field.
  • Experience in the non-profit sector or with a healthcare organisation is highly desirable.
  • Excellent project management and presentation skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to travel as required.
