- Now seeking an Innovation Manager to join the marketing team
The role:
- The Innovation Manager willwork with brand, Insights and wider business unit team to develop category innovation strategy and from this the innovation platforms for growth.
- Identify insights which drive concept platforms which create the opportunity areas for future initiatives.
- To develop and implement a 3-year Innovation vision and pipeline.
- To work closely with the Packaging Technology, NPD and procurement teams to understand leading technologies available globally within the category arena.
- To deliver successful initiatives, which hit gate 3 expectations and deliver against key business KPIs.
Ideal candidate:
- FMCG marketing experience with an innovation focus
- Commercially orientated
- Proven track record of NPD and experience of innovation methodologies
- Results focused
