Responsibilities for a Logistics Coordinator (but not limited to)

As a Logistics Coordinator - your role entails supporting the export operations of the business by efficiently managing orders and coordinating with relevant internal departments.

Your performance will be evaluated based on Key Performance Measures (KPMs) aligned with the probation period and performance development review (PDR) process.

  • Your responsibilities include tracking production schedules
  • Preparing tailored declarations and trackers for customers
  • Ensuring timely communication regarding product availability
  • Coordinating with the Finance team to secure customer financials
  • Understanding and meeting individual customer requirements for labelling packaging
  • Order processing and invoicing
  • Facilitating the provision of the necessary documentation for customs clearance through customers' forwarders, and assisting team members in resolving day-to-day enquiries while fostering relationships with commercial, finance, and sales representatives.

Logistics Coordinator Requirements:

  • GCSE / A-LEVEL
  • Excellent administrative skills
  • High level of attention to detail
  • High-level of organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage conflicting and competing demands effectively.
  • Intermediate/Advanced level in Microsoft Office applications
  • Self-motivated and committed to excellence.
  • Professional and customer focussed
  • Reliable and trustworthy
  • Calm under pressure and patient.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
