Finance Administrator

Offering services to young people struggling with mental health and well being. They actively work closely with families teams of experts delivers training programs to professionals and communities, empowering them to identify and assist those in need of help.
In this role you will be responsible for managing the day to day company finances including management accounts, statutory accounts, payroll, monitor funding income streams and report on financial anomalies to the Board.
Description
- Supporting with payroll administration and calculation of hours
- Purchase ledger - processing of invoices
- Sales ledger - raising in voices and chasing debts
- Supporting the Finance Manager looking at revenue and analysing spends
Profile
- 12 months recent experience in finance administration - purchase and sales ledger invoices
- Ability to use Microsoft Office, Excel, Word to a competent level
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
