With digital waste tracking becoming a legal requirement for commercial businesses, we proudly work with prestigious clients such as Heathrow Airport, Lloyds Bank, and other renowned organizations.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Customer Success & Sales person who will play a vital role in supporting our clients and the team. As a key member of our small team, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, handling administrative duties, assisting with sales, and providing an all-around operational, supportive and client service. This is a varied and dynamic role that requires a can-do attitude and the willingness to contribute across different functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Relationship Management:

  • Act as the first point of contact for existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and prompt responses to inquiries.

  • Process waste sack orders, log them into the system, and ensure smooth delivery from Imperial Polythene.

  • Assist clients with any issues or queries

  • Be open to visiting client sites to discuss, solve issues or anything else that is needed.

  • Administrative Duties:

  • Manage order documentation, update client records, and maintain organized filing systems.

  • Complete and submit forms and tenders for client contracts.

  • Prepare and compile data and reports for both internal use and client presentations.

  • Scanning/Allocating out boxes (of waste sacks)

  • Sales:

  • Assist in sales activities, including drafting proposals, preparing and delivering presentations, and attending client meetings.

  • Identify opportunities for upselling or expanding our services within the current customer base.

  • Support the team with market research, lead generation, and follow-up activities to drive new business opportunities.

  • Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the Trackersack team to overcome challenges and find solutions for the business as a whole.

  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and assist in strategic planning.

  • Roll up your sleeves and help the team with whatever comes up—whether it's an unexpected challenge or a new opportunity.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, sales or an administrative position.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A proactive and flexible attitude, willing to go the extra mile to support the business.
  • Computer Literate - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A Can do attitude and Mindset is a must.
  • A Valid UK Drivers Licence
