Salary: £45K - £65K

Contract: 6 Month FTC

Location: Yorkshire/Hybrid (One day a week required on site)

Macmillan Davies are working on with a leading and well-established national entity who are looking to attract an OD Programme Manager on a 6 Month FTC to join their growing team. This role will function to support the business with change and transformation through its major projects. It will report directly into the Head of Organisational Effectiveness and support in recognising appropriate OD intervention and leading OD activity.

About the role:

  • Programme planning, design, delivery, development and evaluation.
  • Provide OD technical direction and ensuring compliance with technical standards
  • Developing goals and objectives for each project as well as managing the delivery and reviewing performances as required
  • Accountability for the planning, development, delivery and evaluation of OD projects within the business.
  • Ensuring OD resource and teams unite to design and deliver solutions on business projects
  • Steering the identification, assessment, and alleviation of any programme risks, ensuring proactive measures are in there to reduce the impact on programme delivery.
  • Creating detailed stakeholder engagement plans via identifying key collaborators, as well as communication preferences, and creating effective communication channels.
  • Providing expert advice to critical stakeholders with the development of OD initiatives.
  • Responsible for the successful delivery of high-impact OD initiatives.

About You:

  • Experience in a similar delivery-focused OD role within a large organisation.
  • Experience of managing programmes or producing practical OD solutions for companywide projects
  • Possess a commercial business focus
  • Ensuring key deliverables of direct reports who are supporting projects, are transparent and understood.
  • Experience of developing and facilitating bespoke workshops as required
  • Proven experience of coaching and mentoring managers
  • Possess a solid background in change management, responsibilities and development.
  • Ability to influence and challenge stakeholders
