What You'll Be Doing

  • Supporting a teacher with a small group of children in the mornings
  • Providing 1:1 support to a visually impaired Nursery-aged child in the afternoons
  • Ensuring the safety and well-being of children by accurately assessing risks
  • Collaborating effectively within a team and using your initiative
  • Demonstrating an understanding of the EYFS curriculum
  • Communicating effectively with children and adults, both verbally and in writing

About You

  • Be able to do the job as described
  • Empathetic, patient, and caring, with a strong understanding of children's individual needs
  • Knowledgeable about sensory processing disorders and communication difficulties
  • Skilled in forming effective relationships with children
  • Flexible and able to work both independently and as part of a team
