Salary: £27,000 - £33,000.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Geo-Environmental Engineer to join a team of ground investigation specialists in Durham. With opportunities to project manage, oversee a team, develop skills and work on a variety of projects amongst a team of consulting specialists, this is a great next step from a graduate role.

The Geo-environmental Engineer selected will be working both in office and on site on a range of contaminated land and site investigation projects, carrying out site and report writing work, reviewing reports, leading a team, liaising with clients and training junior members of the team. A well-established understanding of engineering geology is therefore essential.
To be considered for the Geo-environmental Engineer position you should:
- Have a degree in environmental science, civil engineering, geology, geotechnical engineering (or a similar/relevant subject).
- Have experience as a geo-environmental or geotechnical engineer.
- Hold a clean and valid UK Driving licence.
- Be commutable to the Durham area and willing to travel to site at times.
- Have a full right to work in the UK.
- Be willing to work efficiently within a team, and have exceptional communication skills.
