Package Details:
The successful candidate will receive a Salary up to £38,000 Per Annum

Duties and Responsibilities:
Your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Prepare monthly cash reports and handle death claims.
- Manage power of attorney and trust cases.
- Coordinate diary and client meetings.
- Oversee new business processes, including form gathering and transfer processing.
- Arrange client withdrawals and provide dealing instructions.
- Prepare meeting packs, valuations, and illustrations for advisers.
- Serve as the first point of contact for client queries and provide a high level of customer service.
- Perform general office duties, such as scanning, data entry, and phone support.
The Ideal Employee:
Relevant Skills/Experience
The ideal candidate should possess the following:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a busy IFA practice.
- Strong client communication skills, both face-to-face and via phone.
- Familiarity with Curo and Transact platform (preferred but not essential).
- Ability to work effectively in a busy environment and support team members.
- Some experience managing or training others is advantageous.
