Introduction:

Our client, one leading aerospace companies globally is seeking a The Technical Records Administrator. You will be responsible for ensuring all our client and customer technical records adhere to internal procedures, customer procedures, and regulatory requirements. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager - Technical Support, this role is shift-based (Tuesday to Friday) and located on-site at our client's London Gatwick Hangar facility.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
  • Collect paperwork from check management, review and file appropriately, ensuring all corrections are distributed to relevant departments or focal points.
  • Perform audits of all Aircraft Technical Log (ATL) pages, work packs, engineering documentation, and any other documentation related to aircraft maintenance.
  • Compile reports and provide feedback to the Lead Technical Records Administrator and Boeing management team.
  • Scan and electronically file all documentation in the correct location and format according to local procedures.
  • Use AMOS and STREAM systems to support technical records activities and other requirements.
  • Assist other departments within the organisation as needed, within capabilities.
  • Support and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure the Technical Records department remains compliant and is maintained in an audit-ready condition at all times.
  • Collaborate closely with the Boeing Production Planning and Technical Services team during the preparation and execution of maintenance projects.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to work unsupervised while also being a team player, with a willingness to exceed the expectations of internal and external customers.
  • Previous experience using AMOS and STREAM systems is desirable.
  • Previous experience working within a records Part-145 MRO.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
