We are looking for an experienced IRO to carry out hte following duties:
- Chairing statutory Child in Care Reviews in person
- Ongoing monitoring of progress of childrens care plans / pathway plans
- Identifying areas of drift and delay in permanence for children, and escalating as per the Council's Escalation Policy
- Visiting children outside of Reviews
- Travel to children at their care placements, 50% of whom reside outside of the Local Authority
