The Role of the Hire Administrator:
- Responsible for handling phone calls and booking site visits
- Generating hire documents, processing them and completing stock checks.
- Utilising Syrinx software to manage end-to-end hire processes
- Make customer satisfaction calls during and after hire, resolve any issues and feedback between other departments
- Working closely with the hire manager and finance manager
- It's a fast-paced role, so you'll have to be able to multitask and be confident using IT systems.
- Office based near Curdworth, Mon - Fri; 45 hours per week; 7:30am - 5:30pm and 1 in 4 Saturday mornings
The Candidate for the Hire Administrator:
- Previous experience in a hire or rental coordination or administrative role
- Strong IT and administrative skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong attention to detail
- Good English communication skills
- A driving licence is highly beneficial
- Able to commute daily to Curdworth
The Package for the Hire Administrator:
- £30,000 - £32,000 Basic Salary
