My Client, a very successful charismatic Financial Adviser has built up an excellent portfolio of Clients and is now looking to employ a Practice Manager to assist with overseeing and managing the firm as it continues to expand even further.
Opportunity Highlights
- * Excellent opportunity for an SJP experienced Practice Manager/Senior Administrator to join at a crucial point of expansion
- * This role will offer you the opportunity to be the face of the practice working closely with Adviser, Paraplanner, Administrator and Client and requires the ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally.
- * Role will be varied managing a small team including operational responsibilities, conducting regular performance reviews, arranging training/mentoring, ensuring all processes remain compliant and follow consumer duty requirements, ensuring clients continue to receive a service of excellence.
- * You will also be responsible for arranging and client corporate meetings/events/entertainment, HR tasks from recruitment through to holiday monitoring and oversee marketing activity.
- * After initial induction you will be offered 3-day office-based hybrid working
