A reputable, established company is seeking a Home Manager for an Elderly Nursing and Residential home near Chelmsford, Essex
You will be working for an established company which offers excellent opportunities for career development and progression. This team is more like an extended family, with a very diverse and supportive team. The home has extensive grounds in a beautiful part of Essex.
Key Responsibilities of a Home Manager:
- Managing operations within the home in order to reach or exceed goals
- Ensuring the provision of high quality care
- Overseeing the care staff
- Lead by example to further develop the reputation of the home
Home Manager Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Home Manager in a home of 60 beds or more
- Excellent knowledge of CQC standards
- Experience working with elderly and dementia residents
- A track record of ‘Good' CQC ratings and the ability to build positive relationships
