What you will need:
- Experience planning and partaking in activities
- Experience with providing support and care to adults within a Care Home setting.
- Be able to deal with challenging behaviour should it arise.
- Being passionate about supporting people with a genuine desire to make a real difference in people's lives
- Excellent communication skills with a positive attitude and the ability to be a good team player
Essential requirements:
- UK work experience.
- SSSC (within 6 months of working with us)
- Caring personality.
- UK work experience.
- 10-year work history within CV
