Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine and emergency maintenance of all building systems and equipment (PPM and reactive)
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Respond to service requests and prioritize job duties.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician.
- Relevant qualifications in building services, engineering, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
