The Role:
As an eCommerce Strategist, you will be instrumental in crafting and executing tailored eCommerce strategies for our diverse portfolio of clients. You will leverage your deep understanding of the digital marketplace to drive growth, enhance user experience, and maximize online revenue. This role requires a strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive eCommerce strategies that align with clients' business objectives.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify opportunities for growth and competitive advantage.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure cohesive execution of eCommerce strategies.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on key performance metrics, using data to drive continuous improvement.
- Mentor the team leads to make sure that they are getting the best out of each team
- Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
About You
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful eCommerce strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
- A proactive, innovative mindset with a passion for digital transformation and sustainability.
- Forecasting experience
- Agency experience would be a bonus
