Contract Personnel Thetford are recruiting on behalf of our client based in Snetterton who are looking for General Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis.
You will be required to:
As a warehouse assistant you will be playing your part in keeping the world moving by accurately picking and sorting packages for our customers, picking and packing pallets and general warehouse duties. We need you to:
- Pick and pack products to relevant performance standard using prescribed processes
- Inventory counting as required
- Use manual handling techniques and equipment as trained
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and rules as prescribed and be an advocate of workplace safety
- Manual Loading and unloading product from vehicles
What are the requirements?
- Great communication skills, able to understand and follow instructions
- Good observation skills, an eye for detail
- Responsible for the completion of warehouse operative tasks as directed
- Motivation to work on your own or in a team
- Self-initiative and organisation skill
- Good state of physical fitness, stamina and strength is a must
- No experience required - training provided
Shifts/Hours
Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm
