Are you an experienced Carpenter looking to be part of a dynamic team? At our company you'll contribute to delivering essential repairs and replacements to our social housing properties and completing major adaptation works for our tenants.
Responsibilities for Joiner Role:
- Removal & Renewal of Kitchens: Handle standard or adapted kitchen installations with precision.
- Removal & Renewal of Bathrooms, Shower Rooms & Wet Rooms: Work as part of a 2-man team with a plumber to ensure high-quality bathroom renovations.
- Internal Second Fix Carpentry / Joinery: Complete tasks such as skirting boards, architraves, and door hanging to a high standard.
- Internal First Fix Carpentry: Engage in tasks such as wall studding, joisting, and other structural work.
- Joinery Repairs: Execute repairs including floor boarding, door easing/renewal, and kitchen unit repairs.
- Multi-Trade Assistance: Willingness to assist with other tradesmen as needed.
Requirements for Joiner Role:
- Minimum Level 2 Carpentry and Joinery Qualification NVQ / City and Guilds
- Full Clean UK Driving Licence
