We are seeking a Sales Advisor to join our clients expanding showroom team. You will work closely with their showroom team to deliver outstanding service to their customers. This role requires a friendly and confident communicator who thrives in a customer service and sales environment. The fast-paced nature of this role demands excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks while being proactive and reactive to customer needs.
Description of the role:
- Support the showroom team and provide excellent customer service.
- Guide customers through the sales process via phone, email, and in person.
- Offer technical and design advice and resolve customer queries.
- Answer incoming sales calls and make outbound calls to the customer database.
- Create quotations, process payments, arrange deliveries, and provide outstanding after-sales service.
- Provide advice on suitability, sizing, and pricing, with a flair for interiors.
- Update the CRM system with relevant client information and daily activity.
- Arrange sample dispatches.
- Welcome customers to the showroom, ensuring a professional and friendly environment.
- Maintain a clean and tidy showroom.
- Provide refreshments to customers during appointments.
- Confirm showroom appointments with customers prior to their arrival.
About you:
- Experience in a sales environment.
- Extremely well-organised and able to prioritise tasks.
- Enthusiastic and hands-on; thrives in a busy, fast-paced company.
- Self-motivated with the ability to inspire others.
- Strong customer focus.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
- Proficiency in using a CRM.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
