Support Worker
We are working with a childcare provider who are looking for experienced support workers in Sittingbourne, Whitstable, Herne Bay and Thanet.
They support children with emotional and/or behavioural difficulties. Currently, they have three residents and a GOOD Ofsted rating.
Job Details:
- Hours: 39 hours a week, spread over Monday to Sunday, with three shifts a week from 08:00 to 23:00, including two sleep-ins.
- Salary: Starts at £26,320 for 39 hours and 2 sleep-ins per week. With overtime (45 hours and 2 sleep-ins), it can go up to £30,235. Extra hours over 45 are paid at time and a quarter, and additional sleep-ins are £40 per night.
