Are you an Electrical System Design Engineer with experience in safety-critical industries like aerospace? We're recruiting on behalf of a top-tier aerospace company looking to expand their team with a skilled engineer to contribute to innovative power distribution projects. Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, verify, and test electrical systems, managing requirements and bill of materials throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Provide technical support to the team and broader business, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines.
  • Solve complex technical problems using a common-sense approach and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
  • Interface directly with customers, presenting and reviewing technical information as needed.
  • Occasionally travel internationally to support customer and supplier meetings.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven experience in electrical system design, particularly within safety-critical environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Strong understanding of electrical product design, development, and testing methodologies.
  • Experience managing bill of materials in a complex engineering environment.
  • Familiarity with schematic electrical design tools (e.g., Mentor Capital).
  • Knowledge of regulatory and safety requirements for safety-critical products, ideally within the aerospace sector.
