Are you passionate about positioning businesses as best in class and constantly striving to enhance your expertise in rewards and benefits to create compelling business cases? As a Total Rewards Consultant, your extensive experience to design, implement, and manage comprehensive reward and recognition programs that align with our strategic goals and enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.

Your expertise will be instrumental in developing competitive benefits packages that attract and retain top talent, ensuring that our offerings remain ahead of market trends. You will be responsible for analyzing market data, conducting benchmarking studies, and presenting actionable insights to senior leadership. Your ability to craft persuasive business cases will be crucial in gaining buy-in for innovative reward strategies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and managing reward and recognition programs that support our strategic objectives and drive employee performance.
  • Conducting thorough market analyses and benchmarking to ensure our compensation packages are competitive and aligned with industry standards.
  • Collaborating with HR and business leaders to develop and implement policies and programs that meet the needs of our diverse workforce.
  • Providing expert advice and guidance on reward-related issues, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and best practices.
  • Continuously researching and implementing best-in-class practices in rewards and benefits to keep our offerings competitive and attractive.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • CIPD qualification with significant experience in rewards, recognition, and benefits.
  • A deep understanding of compensation strategies, employee benefits design, and market trends.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • A proactive, innovative mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and professional development.
