This is a hybrid 12-month FTC role with flexible hours and great benefits
Responsibilities:
- Review company's leases to ensure compliance with the terms and conditions of the leases.
- identifying potential discrepancies or issues and prepare detailed reports on findings for presentation to senior management
- Data entry into the housing management system as required
- Examine lease documents and agreements and summarising terms in a simple format for various stakeholders to understand
- reviewing and updating service charge apportionment and allocations on the housing management system
- Ensure lease terms comply with relevant regulations, legislation, and codes of practice
Our ideal candidate will be:
- Experienced in property management, Leasehold Management or any similar roles within the real estate sector
- Has strong understanding of service charges , lease agreements and relevant legislation
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Proven ability to adapt to a fast-moving environment and explain complex information
- Strong analytical and IT skills in Microsoft Office
- Accurate with a strong attention to detail
