Title: Seeking a Process Engineer for Moulding in Longford, Ireland
Introductory Paragraph:
We are currently seeking an experienced process engineer with expertise in injection moulding and process validation to join our team. This is a 12-month contract position based out of Longford, Ireland. Our client operates within the medical devices sector.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Process Engineer
- Strong knowledge of injection moulding processes
- Experience performing statistical analysis and conducting experiments
Skills:
Injection Moulding - The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with plastic materials using Injection Mould technology.
Process Validation - Candidates should be able to demonstrate their ability validating manufacturing processes by applying risk-based approaches including IQ/OQ/PQ protocols etc.
Statistical Analysis & Experimentation - Successful candidates must possess strong skills utilising statistical software packages like JMP/Minitab/SPC charts coupled with great analytical thinking abilities that help them identify patterns/trends effectively.
