Salary: £26000
On Going Temp - with potential to go permanent
Hybrid Working Available.
Working hours: 38.5 hours
Reporting into: Team Leader
Main Responsibilities to include:
- Confidence to deal with queries with in other departments
- Taking bookings and enquiries from members of the public and charities looking to use our sites.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
- Communication and team relationship-building skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing workloads
- Problem-solving approach to work
- Other admin duties
- Processing returns from different sites

- Reliability and integrity
- Great telephone manner
- Positive 'can do attitude'
- Ability to work under own Initiative
- Excellent IT skills - Excel, Outlook, Word
