Salary: £26000
On Going Temp - with potential to go permanent
Hybrid Working Available.
Working hours: 38.5 hours

Reporting into: Team Leader

Main Responsibilities to include:

  • Confidence to deal with queries with in other departments
  • Taking bookings and enquiries from members of the public and charities looking to use our sites.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
  • Communication and team relationship-building skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing workloads
  • Problem-solving approach to work
  • Other admin duties
  • Processing returns from different sites

  • Reliability and integrity
  • Great telephone manner
  • Positive 'can do attitude'
  • Ability to work under own Initiative
  • Excellent IT skills - Excel, Outlook, Word
