Henry Wiltshire are looking to recruit a Negotiator Consultant for our East London offices.
We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated individual to join our busy team. The right Sales & Lettings Negotiator will be hard working and have a positive attitude.
Overall Purpose: Assisting the head of lettings and sales, working across our East London offices
Sales & Lettings Negotiator - Key Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Registering and managing applicants
- Carry out viewings
- Take offers from buyers and tenancy applicants
- Support Head of Lettings and Sales
- Sales & lettings progression
- Managing advertisements through the property CRM
- Administration
Sales & Lettings Negotiator - Person Specification:
- Excellent communications skills
- Smart and business-like
- Knowledgeable about the area and industry

- Excellent interpersonal skills

- Reliable and trustworthy
Sales & Lettings Negotiator - Experience Required:
Preferably have previous experience in Estate Agency but not essential
Must hold a full UK driving licence
Package:
£22,000 to £24,000 per annum OTE £40,000
