Overview
Due to organic expansion, our residential property management client is on the lookout for their next Finance Business Partner to join their team and assist the team by compiling Management Accounts and Financial Reports for the group. You will be joining a fantastic business, representing the community and spear heading financial operations as you do so.
The successful candidate will be involved heavily within financial planning & analysis, by preparing robust budgets and forecasts, in order to allow budget holders to make bulletproof decisions. You will be part of a medium sized and growing function whereby no two days will be the same as you assist the financial department and teams throughout the business with your thorough insights.
Skills Needed
- By character, you will be a confident individual able to articulate information clearly and concisely to non-financial stakeholders.
- You will currently be studying for your CIMA/ACCA and continually pursuing qualification in your next role.
- Have prior exposure to cashflow and balance sheet reporting, to report into group heads.
- Be able to work with a high volume of data in large sets, to extrapolate key data for analysis.
