Job Description:
My client is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join their team.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office and supporting various administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain office systems, including data management and filing.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is in good working order.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Administrator or in a similar role.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
