Are you an experienced IT Support & Infrastructure Engineer in the Portsmouth area looking for an opportunity with career progression and exposure to modern technologies?

The infrastructure team is key to the availability and security of the complete IT estate that enables customers to access their investments, monitor performance and make financial decisions.
The aim of the role:
To manage, develop, and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networking, and cloud services. This role is crucial for ensuring the availability, performance, and security of IT services.
About you:
You are experienced in enterprise level infrastructure and have a successful track record of supporting internal businesses with a user base of circa 100+
Your technical experience covers Windows Servers, Microsoft 365, Exchange, VMWare & Virtualisation, Security, Networking and cloud services.
With both project and BAU support experience, you are well equipped to turn your hand to a range of projects and support services.
Essential:
You will need to have operated at 2nd & 3rd line level and adhered to high standards of customer support.
You can demonstrate longevity in your employment history, helping a company evolve their IT estate through strategy, enhancements and modernisation.
