About you:
We are looking for a dedicated and personable Senior Account Executive to grow our footprint through new logo growth within the Care Sector - which includes both Residential and Domiciliary Care - through an effective combination of identifying new sales leads, pitching our class-leading solutions, and building and maintaining strong relationships with new Access customers.

Day-to-day, you will:

  • Identify new business opportunities, including new markets, customers, partnerships or new products and services.
  • Create effective strategies to successfully reach new business opportunities in the Care sector.
  • Develop effective relationships with new Care customers and prospects to gauge their needs and develop proposals to address those needs and maximise new Care business sales opportunities.
  • Acquire a sound knowledge of Access Care products & services, the competitive landscape and positioning, to be able to discuss and demonstrate the unique Care value proposition for our Software Solutions offering and how it aligns to the needs of the customer and marketplace, including but not limited to through public procurement channels.
  • Consistently hit and exceed pre-determined new business sales growth targets, in line with company growth objectives.
  • Develop and implement a prospecting strategy ensuring prospect contact and conversion KPIs are achieved/exceeded.
  • Employs a range of skills & resources in the development of qualified new business sales opportunities.
  • Work with Marketing, Product Managers and Account Sales to lead on new Care business demand generation initiatives focusing on pre-engagement with prospective clients.
  • Working with Field, Internal and Pre-Sales to ensure demo's, presentations, proposals, and bids are of a consistent, high quality, and are focused on real customer needs.
  • To collaborate with customer groups and key external influencers to understand their current and future challenges and priorities and identify how our products / services can address them in a compelling way.
  • Building a clear understanding of the capabilities of each Care product / service offering.
  • Attend Care exhibitions, host seminars, present sales ideas or attend meetings in support of other salespeople which may include time away from home.
  • Travel as required.

  • Care sector specific sales experience.
